In Cisco CUCM, How can an administrator see SoftPhone's Phonebook of the logged-in agents & supervisors?

What software? IP Communicator? Personal Communicator? Third-party SIP client? What version?

It is IPCommunicator 7 and Third party SIP Soft Phones(x-lite).
