SOFTPHONE showing error messege when trying to put on conference

Hi

When users are trying to use the conference option on the softphone its shows a error messege as "call manager error" but they are able to make the conference any way for which i have attached the snap shot. How to fix this bug in the call manager and whats the reason to get this kind of error messege on the softphones.

As you are using third party softphone this will be very tough for u. But need to concentrate on softphone coding for tranfer or conference.

Thanks for the reply given by you. As I have left the Chennai site I wont be able to follow up this issue any more but what I have learnt this issue still persists. Is there any solution for the same?
