Some people with Cisco agent desktop and others with only cells

Hi,

I need to make a script where some people will be log on with cisco agent desktop and some will be only able to answer with cells how can I do that ? Is it possible ? if yes Have you got an example ?

Cisco Agent Desktop (CAD) is not supported any more.

Thanks for your answer, in few times a migration to UCCX 12 will be done but for the moment my customer is working with uccx 10.6 and cisco Desktop agent no finesse, when coronavirus came he was not ready for cisco unified mobility, so for the moment I need to make some people working with cisco agent desktop and others with cells.
