Sometimes the call is disconnected with a busy tone after CCX IVR announced is activated- Call is disconnect without playing promt.

Hello Expert

I have a issue  with my below topology.

ISP--> SIP-> CUBE-- > SIP> call manager--> (cti route point : 9419999) --> Cisco 7975 phone DN: 9411000 (SCCP)

the call is reaching our cisco 7975 ip phone with CTI route point over Call Manager however call appears very short on the screen and then disconnected. There is no ring tone at that moment. And the call is never showed up on missed calls or received call logs on the phone. 
Moreover, the call is disconnected with a busy tone after  CCX IVR announced is activated.

CUCM version: 9.1

Hi, can you check the partitions and CSS's? The voice gateway should be able to reach the phone. G.

I think , its not related partition and css because sometimes call is connected  with IVR announced  but sometimes getting busy and disconnected.

Hi, okay, can you turn up tracing on UCCX and post the logs? It may be anything. Thanks. G.

Which uccx log do you need ?
