Stats not getting refreshed on CTIOS agent stats grid

We are seeing that CTIOS agent stat grid is not updating on end of every call as it supposed to for few agents. The agent would have taken 20 calls but the grid still shows 5 as calls hendled. I checked the CTIOs server logs ,  the "newagentstatistics" event and the numbers shown on the grid match .I searched the bug toolkit,  but found no mention of this issue anywhere. Did any one encounter this issue before ? Any help is much appreciated.

We are on CTIOs 7.5 and ICM 7.5, .net combo 7.2.7

Do they refresh when you bounce the server?  I would look at opening a TAC case and/or upgrading to the latest version of 7.5.x.

Thanks David. We are already on the latest version of 7.5. Actually this problem started happening right after we upgraded. Yes, we do have a TAC open for this.
