In a IPCC environment with ICM 6, CCM 3.3, E-Mail Manager 5 we have developed some script that can be started calling a number in the IP phone (all is configured, CTI Route Point, Call type...).
There is a way in some manner to call a ICM script without calling a number, something like a "phantom call"? In a Multichannel environment with mail, and call there is some type of Media Routing configuration for calling a script without a voice call?
I know this is a strange question and thanks in dvance for all help
