Subsystems > RmCm > Remote Monitor section is empty after adding supervisors

Hi all,

I am trying to configure Remote monitoring. But when i added supervisors from Tools>User Management>Supervisor Capability View, supervisors does not show up in  Subsystems > RmCm > Remote Monitor section.

any ideas guys?

Hi Telmuun,

Please create the supervisor ID only with the numbers for an example "12345" , do not include any alphabets in this.

This is one of the requirements of Remote monitoring Supervisor ID.

You can open the Help for this page on Remote monitoring GUI you will seee this information.

So were you able to see the Supervisor (with numeric User ID) in the Remote monitoring section?
