Supervisor Desktop Grid

For IPCC Enterprise 6.0 running CTIOS, does anyone know if there is a way to easily display the Skill Group Name instead of the Skill Group Number within the Team Real-Time Status window grid or the Skill Group Statistics window grid in the CTIOS Supervisor Desktop?

For the Skill Group Statistics window, I tried changing the Skill Group registry setting from “SkillGroupNumber” to “SkillGroupName” but it still showed the Skill Group Number.

Hi Mike,

The SkillGroupName is not available until IPCC 7.0. CTIServer doesn't pass this information along until Protocol v 11.
