Hi
I'm running Supervisor Desktop 6.6(1) and the team state is not refreshing. When I have a look to View/Prefereces the Refresh rate in seconds is greyed out and set to manual. When I login to Supervisor Desktop with another user the same field is greyed out as well, but the parameter is set to 1. With this second user the view is refreshed. I already deleted the user in CUCM and recreated it and I already tried it on a other PC. So the problem is bound to the user.
Can someone tell me, where I can configure this Refresh rate for the Team state?
Does someone had similar problems?
Attached you find a screenshot of the greyed out field I'm talking about.

Hi,
I have seen cases in the past wheere recreating the user/supervisor has fixed the issue.
Also, try uninstalling and re-installing CSD and see if that helps.

What is the version of IPCC?

I'm running UCCX 7.0.1 SR5. I already deleted the user in CUCM and recreated it, but with no luck.
I opened a TAC Case(SR 617452397) and the engineer escalated it.
