Hello, we have change the password to a supervisor user in CUCM. I can login with this user and assword to Self Care portal to Finesse Desktop, but not to Calabrio.
I can access Calabrio Quality Management Administrator and I see this user there with the role of supervisor. What I find strange is that I am allowed to change the user password from there, shouldn't it use the password set up in CUCM and UCCX? Anyway, I put there the same password but when I try to login to Calabrio web page I am not authenticated.
Where could be the problem? Or what could I check?
