Hi,
I'm arrived in new company and i need to update call flow of my call-center.
I think, i'm using this script to do call flow and i would like to do somes changes.
Currently, we play message "JouerMessageRegulier" before entering queue and i would like to play him after 5 min in queue after at timeout.
This message say "press 1 to let message" and then the call send to voice-mail.
How can i do that ?

Under your false state - the customer will hear music for 300 sec (5 min), and then continue to the "Get digit string" step.
So if this is your use case it is correct

You have to use the call hold / unhold step for this
The call hold starts music while the customer is waiting, the call unhold stops it. The delay step is have long the music is playing(if an agent get ready the call is rtansfer to that agent)
