Agent extensions are currently 5 digits. In the IPCC Web Administration, CallManager Connecivity, I see "CallManager Agent Extension Length" is set to 8. What effect if any does this have on operation?

The impact is nothing as long as the extension length you specify is less than or equal to 8 digits long. If you try some 9 digit extension, it will spit cti errors.

Yes you do. I guess I'll have to rate your post then.
What I saw in the installation and configuration guide didn't give much info other than what the default is.
