The Detailed Call CSQ Agent Report

I am using the The Detailed Call CSQ Agent Report (DR or Detail Report) and ran it three different times with three different results.

Test 1--Control Group: I chose specific agents and specific CSQs

Test 2: I chose agents and no CSQs

Test 3: I chose CSQs and no agents.

		Lines of Data	Calls Presented	Calls Handled
Control Group Totals	Test 1	3275	3275	3237
Agent Only	Test 2	3325	3325	3286
CSQs Only	Test 3	3385	3385	3263

So am I supposed to run this three times over to get the full report? How do I know that I am getting all the data?

Is there a way to bypass the report and p

Hi, if you list the version you're on, people can potentially weigh in to see if they've seen this before/if there's a defect on the report for instance.

I'm not sure why but it edited my post. The end should have said that I want to bypass using the Detail Report and go straight into the database, but not sure how.
