when the agent received the call the agent was not able to use the direct transfer when using the direct transfer the finesse give me the following Error:
error cancel perform operation error code cti-1
in another hand, the consult transfer works fine

Try changing this registry key:
PG Registry: \\ICM\<icm instanbce>\PG<x>A\PG\Current Version\JGWS\jgw1\JGWData\Dynamic\UseRedirectAddressSearchSpace
Set it to 2. This will mean that the devices CSS is used for the transfer. No restart of the PG is required.

We had this exact problem in our new UCCE 12.6(1). Changing the registry key to 2 works perfectly.
