Tracking Agent Skill and Team Changes in UCCE

Is there a way to trace the movement of Agents to Skill Groups and teams?

Skill_Group_Member and Agent_Team_Member can both tell me which skill and the team associated with the agent based on the current config in CCMP.

Im interested in seeing

- how often an Agents skills are changed throughout the day.  

- a historical view of team changes for each Agent. (e.g. started in Team_A, then moved to Team_B, then Team_C etc)

there is no out of box utility for tracking the config changes ICM, but you may want explore dumpcfg utility and see if it serves the purpose.
