I have a customer who needs to use transfer connect in the script with AT and T. They have set up *8 to transfer the call to the outsourcer and disconnect the original call. I tried using the "Call Consult Transfer" step with the outsourcer as the destination and "*8" as the output digits.

Try generate DTMF instead doing transfer.

Thank you, very helpful. One more question. Would i use a "Call redirect" step next to answer this or would I use the "place call" step.

I'm not sure, I think consult transfer should be OK. Please describe you desired call flow.
