Hello
I am configuring UCCE components for Translation Route, After finishing my Translation Route wizard at the end when I click on finish, there was an error says ''Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library Program: D:\icm\bin\trwizard.exe and I am not able to see the Translation Route configuration report.
Please find the enclosed screenshot and suggest me

I have configured basic translation route with no agents, My CTIRP_ICM2502 has been registered at UCM and finished all ICM configuration until 24 tasks but in the task 22 while running Translation Route wizard , Translation Route to IPIVR has been created but there was an error at the end which I have attached in the earlier post.
Now, when I am dialing 2502 from ipc 1111 hearing busy tone and the call is hitting ICM Script. Please find the enclosed screen shot of ICM script monitor mode and suggest me what could be the cause in the translation route?

Hi,
Good to know that your route point is registered now .
Can you please share the snapshotof ICM VRU script from the IVR box.
Thanks,
Anand

Hello Anand,
Thanks for your reply,
Translation Route CTIRP 2502 for testing UCM to UCCE has been registered at UCM and also I have created another three CTIRPs for other configuration has created UCM , but not the one which I have created 2501( changed later to 3501) for Post Route to testing UCM to UCCE.
Also I have created Post Route CTIRP 3500( earlier it was 2500) for testing UCM to IPIVR was in registered state at UCM.
Please find the enclosed screenshot of ICM VRU script from the IVR box.
Regards
Surya

Please edit the name of the Run External Script node to "CollectdigitsBB" in ICM script from
"CollectDigitsBB" and give a try.
Thanks,

Hi,
Within Script Editor, place the Send to VRU object in the workspace. (You do not have to set any properties.)
Translation Route to VRU node forwards the call to the VRU but keeps the call active for processing on ICM software. This is useful for executing scripts that reside on the VRU.
Figure 6-2: Translation Route to VRU Node
Note This node is valid for use with Type 2 and Type 8 VRUs. (For information on VRU types, see Table 6-1.) |
Reference:
Please check the VRU type and retry. I also hope that your ICM subsystem is up and running in IVR box.
Thanks,
Anand

Hi
I have it checked its VRU type 2 and ICM subsystem is showing in Partial_Service , Please find the enclosed screen shot and suggest me

Hi Suryanarayana Chintu,
Please validate all your VRU scripts in th IV-IVR box, partial service may be bacuase of some of these scripts are not valid, check for inconsistencies and rectify them.
Also in the ICM configuration page os the IVR system, in the Additional VRU call Information tabe, select all the variables and say Update.
After these two steps, restart the IVR engine once and check if the ICM subsystem goes to Service state, if not than you have to check the logs, please click on the logs tab infront of this subsystem for any reasons. Also you can check the latest MIVR logs for reasosns for ICM partial service.
Thanks,
Anand

I have done suggested two steps and restarted ICM subsystem but still ICM subsystem status showing partial service and also not able to understand any thing in the MIVR logs . Is there any thing particular I should look at in the ICM Subsystem MIVR logs?
03-15-2012 07:57 AM
Search for the word partial_service and see the reason why it is happening.
C:\Program Files\wfavvid\log\MIVR
Sort it based on the latest logs and search under it.
Thanks,
Anand
