We have a script that does a simple database dip to pull some information for the Agents. This has been working for over a year and last night it started going to the Connection Not Available Step. I have refreshed the Schema, tested the DataSource Connection successfully. I would like to check the logs but I am not sure what to enable or what value to set it to...could someone please advise on the proper method to troubleshoot this issue.

What happens if you do a reactive debug on the script? Has any change been made or updates applied on the DB server? I think the MIVR log is what you would need to download with RTMT to get some more detailed information.

Per the logging it appears that all the connection to the DB are being used. I found other posts and restart of the engine resolves the issue. Going to perform a system reboot tonight.

Has your volume increased? There are some parameters at the data source level that control how many connections are allowed. Is it possible you are exceeding the configured amount of connections?
