We have deployed the UCCE 10.5 call center, it has duplexed vru pg, both pgs configuration properly not finding any duplex issue, but in the pgagent not active side pims are going sometimes configured state, for example we have restarted the cvp call server this is happened, just wanted to know is that acceptable state of vru PIM (configured) or not. because we have seen pgagent is notactive, it is not trying to connect.
