UCCE 12.5 SSO test not working

Hi,

I am trying to setup SSO on UCCE 12.5 and IdS 12.5. I have configured window 2012r2 server as ADFS server by following below guide

When I try to test test SSO setup from IdS server, I am gettign following error

An error occurred. Contact your administrator for more information.

Please advcie how to resolver this issue.
