UCCE 12 Reporting on Direct Inbound Calls

In our environment there is a desire to report about calls that come directly to an agent by someone dialing their extension from outside our environment (i.e., to test I call an agent extension with my personal cell phone). My understanding is that data about these kinds of calls would be in CDR, but is there any way to report on incoming direct calls without using CDR?

You would have to go multi-line on the PG to be able to report on the second line
