Recently, there is an issue which I have encountered the issue with the DB out of sync on Logger A/B.
Not sure, what has caused the DB to go out of sync. It has observed that CLGR process on Logger B is toggling between Active/Restart as seeing on NM & CLGR process. PFA.
Whatever configurations changes happened on last month is getting affected, when DB goes out of SYNC.
Recovery Key for TCD on Logger A & B is matching. But recovery key for Config message Log is not matching & Logger B holds less value.
Now, to resolve the issue temporarily, I have tried to Stop/Start the ICM process in the sequential order. AW/HDS, Router, Logger which has helped to recover deleted configurations & get the DB sync.
As Logger B process is toggling, for that we can manually take back up of Logger- A side & copy on B side & then Run thru ICM DBA procedure to recover the Sync. PLz advise for other approach ?
But, as part of RCA I need to know, what has caused CLGR process to toggle? Any idea, plz advise.
Thank You,

Any idea, why would CLGR process toggle ? Tried stopping & starting the A side & B side again. But CLGR keeps toggling between Active/Restart?
Start: Logger, Router, AW/HDS

can you dump the clgr log on logger b? I'm sure the answer will be in there
