UCCE Agent Explorer and Agent Team List

Is there an application or way to allow certain teams to delete their own agents without giving them access to everything in Configuration Manager?  We have a lot of seasonal deletes and it would be nice to allow a group to do these deletes without giving them access  to everything in Configuration Manager.

nothing I am aware of.

You can restrict access to certain types of objects but not to the objects themselves.

did you tried to configure the Feature control Set and provide only access to Agent Team List. 

assign this to user [TL of the team], so he will be having access only to Agent Team List in configuration Manager to make the changes. but this user will have access to all agent Teams.

Feature Control Set: 

Allows you to list the feature control sets currently defined in the database, to define new ones, and to view, edit, or delete the records of existing ones.
