UCCE Built-In Estimated Wait Time Formula

Hello,

Can anyone tell me how the built-in variable for EstimatedWaitTime is calculated in UCCE 11.6? I have setup my ACD script so that my EstimatedWaitTime Peripheral Variable is returning a value, but I can't find any documentation on how that field is calculated.
