Call was attempted for an internal DNIS 23178. He was holding in the internal queue listening to hold music for about 2 minutes and 30 seconds and he heard a prompt in a male voice say "I'm sorry, we're experiencing difficulty. Please call back at a later time."and the call got dropped.

From CVP logs we could see below errors.

Is there something to fix. As the error code 41suggests Java exception. Is it an expected behavior or do we have a work around to fix this.

  • Error Code 41 -- App Error This is returned if some Unified CVP VXML Server-specific error occurs (For example, java exception).

Thanks & Regards,

Male voice on error - comes from the CVP VXML Server. Check the activity log and the error log to see if there are clues. Also check the Tomcat log for an exception.
