Hi,
Does anyone know if there is a preferred method to create a unique login to a PG (configured as a CTI Server) that can be used by a 3rd party application to query? The goal is to query the CTI Server using the Cisco CTI API.
Thanks
Will

Hi Will,
CTI server is based upon GED-188 protocol and it is socket based communication. As per this protocol, to connect to CTI Server as a third party client there is no login required. They can just connect.
For login an agent to the PG, need to create the agent using configmanager(if UCCE) or cceadmin (if pcce).
Hope I answered your query.

Harendra
