All,
My users been having issues with their CTIOS. When they attempt to log in everything stays black and they are unable to click any button. The users are using soft phones. To resolve the issue I have to remove them from PG users in the call manager and put them back in. Is there a more perm fix to this issue. The Version of call manage is 8.6 SU2 CTIOS version is 8.5

Hi Curtis,
When this happens what is displayed in status bar, (does it say Connected/Offline). ?
You could also see the "Connected To :
Have you tried to check the CTIOS Client logs ? Does this happens only for Soft phones not for Hard Phones ?

HI,
This issue only happens with the softphones and I assume it is not connected because the agent CTIOS stays black. When we remove the agent from PG user in the CM and then add them back in they are able to connect. I know this issue also happens in UCCX.
