I would like to enable SSO in UCCE 11.6.
The current deployment model is 4000 Agent and this requires a standalone IDP Server.
Because we only have 300 Agents i would like to change the deployment model to 2000 Agent because this allows a co resident IDP on CUIC.
What i would like to know is:
What is the impact of changing the deployment model from 4000 Agent to 2000 Agent mode?
Is this something that can be done during operation hours?
gr,
Wouter

Don't change this during production hours - you're asking for trouble if you do.
As long as you understand that by reducing your deployment model from 4 to 2, you do decrease calling capacity, config limits on everything (call types, PQs, skill groups, agents, etc...), and of course the reference model. If you're currently in a reference model for 4K, you'll have to go reference model for 2K.So for example, if you have a Router Logger, that will now be a Rogger.

Never a good idea to do any system changes during business hours. I think it does impact some services. You need to get with Cisco and understand the impact. IHTH.
