We are looking to deploy a and b side of ucce across two locations for DR. Is there a requirement to ha e a physical different circuit between the locations?
It has been suggested we need a dedicated circuit between locations, even different carriers as per cisco for the private network. I would understand different physical cable to different access switches on different vlan to the production network on the ucce but they suggested dedicated circuit from different carriers as well
Thanks

Hi @iptuser55
Not a data network expert. You will require seperate link physically from same provider or different provider.
You require dedicated link between Side A and Side B private interfaces for Router, Logger, VRU PG and AGENT PG. Private network will be isolated from public / corporate traffic network. Side A components private network traffic will flow from same private network dedicated bandwidth you consider.
Also please note, if you are planning to have Outbound HA then you also need to factor additional bandwidth of ~50MB for outbound synchronization.
You need to discuss with Cisco Partner who is implementing the solution. If you itself are partner then you have to refer to Cisco SRND v12.x guide. You can refer to SRND here.
