UCCE Training

Hello,

Does anyone have any recommendations (or horror stories) for UCCE training?  Location doesn't matter as long as it in the U.S.   Thanks in advance!

Sunset Learning has fabulous instructors. They literally wrote the book.
Skyline ATS also very good.
For Call Studio training, Training the Experts (Janine Graves) is the
only way to go. Discounts are always available.

I would also add, it depends on which class(es) you're thinking of taking, whether it be UCCE vs. CUIC vs. CVP.

As @janinegraves noted, she's great and who you would use for CVP training, but for say CUIC you are going to go with another vendor.

You may also want to check with your company as far as if you have Learning Credits that you will be using to pay for the training vs. wanting to buy a bundle of hours from one of the training vendors.
