UCCX 10.0 with finess

                     we  newly installed UCCX 10.0  , my question is that how we can do integration between UCCX 10.0 and finesses ?

and create agent and superivsor?

Thanks , Can you provide me how to integrate finesse with uccx ? what are the mandatory steps  requires to configure finesse actually we are using CAD at the moment and plannning to use finesse..

Any help will be highly appreciated..
