UCCX 10.5 outbound , call variables are not getting display on Finesse

Hi Everyone,

I'm working on the UCCX outbound, where uploading the csv file which contains accountnumber,firstname,lastname,phone1.

The outbound call will work but can not see the customer info like firstname, lastname and phone number on the Agent Finesse desktop

is there any configuration on the Finesse admin in call variable layout?

Could you please help me?

Yes, you will need to go to Finesse Administration >> Call Variables Layout and then set the required variables such as BAAccountNumber, BAStatus, BACampaign, BAResponse, BACustomerNumber etc.

I do not find the variables related to the Firstname, lastname on Finesse admin call variable layout, even the BACustomernumber variable is not working

Please have look at the attachement for the Finesse config I did.

BABuddyName is what you need to use for displaying Customer Name.

even the BACustomernumber variable is not working

If this is not working then what are you able to see next to the Phone number:919723254848. Is that not the phone number??
