UCCX 10.5 Real Time Report shows "Not Connected"

Hi,

UCCX 10.5 HA over LAN.

As per the title, RTR shows Not connected for both nodes and no data shown for all reports. all services are In service in both nodes. 

Any Ideas?

I successfully restarted the publisher, still getting "not connected" for reporting.

Sam, please check if your JAVA version is up to date as per the UCCX Compatbility Matrix. In case, if it is version 8 something, please downgrade that to version 7 update 51 and then test.

Also, try opening the JAVA Control Panel, go to security tab and set the security level to the bottom and also add the RTR link to the exception site list. It will be worth if you can try to open RTR on different PCs and browsers.
