UCCX 10.6 - Automatic Voice Recognition with multiple DTMF and spoken words.

Hello,

We have UCCX 10.6 with Nuance ASR.   I am not able to create an ASR menu that will recognize multiple DTMF digits and spoken words at the same time.  The prompt would be similar to "please enter the month by saying November or input 11".  

TAC has not been able to answer this and our internal team of developers all seem to say yeah you can do it but no one remembers how.

You can do this, I got it working by using OR when defining the 2 grammars (one ASR and one DTMF) in the generic recognition step. See the post below from a couple of years ago ... https://supportforums.cisco.com/discussion/11717651/uccx-nuance-asr-voice-and-dtmf-grammars
