UCCX 10.6 Finesse do not autostart after reboot

Hi All,

I have a strange behavior with a new installed UCCX (10.6.1.10000-39, latest Version):

After activation of Finesse all works fine, agents can log in at Finesse.

But as soon as i reboot the system, I always have to activate Finesse again.

Is this normal, had someone this problem too?

Hi Benjamin,

Soon after you restart UCCX system , Are you getting any error message when you try an agent log into Finesse desktop ?

no, i get no error, ltaer i get an error from the browser, because the site is not answering.
