Hi,
We have a requirement of click to call in the UCCX 10.5 setup with customer website(user input) for our client, anybody tested this in the lab/prod setup ?

Hello Shridhar.
It's possible to deploy with UCCX HTTP trigger type. To get client number via HTTP trigger to script. Then we can place client number to outbound campaign either make a direct call to client and place this call to CSQ.
There's two scripts for web callback in Cisco Script Repository, check this out http://www.cisco.com/c/dam/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/cust_contact/contact_center/crs/express_9_02/design/guide/script_repository_902.zip
