UCCX 10.6 reason codes CAD+Finesse

It is about time we are going to move from CAD to Finesse. When adding new numerical reason codes in Finesse does it have to be different from CAD reason code numbers or can it be the same?

Hi,

You can use the same set of reason codes that you had in CAD. Some of the codes - system codes - should be already predefined, at least in version 11.X. I don't remember how it looks like in 10.6.

You should also keep in mind that there is a reason code configuration limit - i think it's around 100 codes.
