I am having difficult trying to write xml file to Document repository on UCCX. I have browesed all the forums and all the answers I have tried did not work. I tried to use upload document which fails also but with no output to the reason why. I have attached some screen shots and the script file itself. Note: I have tried to use supervisor and admin rights. I do not get a permissions denied. I think I am very close but, still no go.

So in order to get it working, I have it validate the user as a supervisor, then create a service account with administrative privileges and manually set the user and password. Seems this is vulnerable. Cisco, the upload document should work with user id and pin of supervisor and above without the need of statically setting user name and password and without having to try and enter a strong password on the phone, if that is even possible.

If i remember correctly the upload document step will only work after the authenticate user step.
Try with first administrator user in authenticate user step and use the same user in upload document step and see if it works, later try with Supervisor user.

I do have the upload or write doc step after the authentication. I have read about that on another forum on Cisco. Thank you for the help, hopefully someone here knows the missing link. Seems like others are experiencing this issue still as there are so many hits.
