We are planning to upgrade our UCCX 10.6 to 11.6 this March and we are now verifying all the needed information for this upgrade. Currently, we have UCCX version 10.6, CUCM10.5, CUC 10.5, CUE 8.6.6, and CUE 8.6.7. As per checking the CSR Compatibility Matrix, it seems CUCM 11.5 is only compatible with UCCX 11.5, and CUC 11.5.

However, when checking the UCCX 11.5 Compatibility Matrix, we noticed that UCCX 11.5 is still compatible with CUCM 10.5.

Do we need to follow the compatibility matrix of UCCX 11.5 wherein we can upgrade our UCCX 10.6 to 11.5 and keep the CUCM and CUC to version 10.5.
Or
Do we need to follow the CSR Compatibility Matrix, wherein we need to upgrade also the CUCM and CUC from 10.5 to 11.5. If we will do this, do we need to upgrade our two CUE (version 8.6.6 and 8.6.7) to version 9.0.3 which is virtualize?
