UCCX 11.6.1.10000-51

When i log in, i go UCCX AppAdmin Portal > Tools Plug-ins>

 

I don't see CISCO Unified CCX Desktop Suite in list of tools.

 

Please, help me

That's expected, since all of the Desktop apps went away in v11.0.

The replacement product/app is Cisco Finesse.

Do you need those older ones for some reason?

In fact I'm following a tutorial about "Intelligent Call Distribution" in my setup.

The tutorial tells me that I have to download (Desktop Agent, Supervisor Desktop and Administrator Desktop).

Could you tell me the procedure to follow since these tools are no longer present in version 11.6.

Cisco Agent Desktop is now Cisco Finesse
Cisco Supervisor Desktop is now Cisco Finesse
Cisco Desktop Administrator is now Cisco Finesse Administrator

Are you talking about the first tab that shows up, for Context Service? Just ignore that. It's not required. It's a cloud storage area to store info about your customer interactions.
