When browsing to Cisco Finesse Administration and selecting Call Variables Layout, it never opens and just cycles. We recently upgraded to 11.6.2.10000-38 (ES05-9).
Looking for suggestions. We are a hospital so we are 24x7.

I was using IE and all the other tabs were accessible. I changed to Chrome and now can view the tab.
