UCCX 11.6.2 Call Variable Layout in Finesse Administration Not Populating

When browsing to Cisco Finesse Administration and selecting Call Variables Layout, it never opens and just cycles.  We recently upgraded to 11.6.2.10000-38 (ES05-9).  

 

Looking for suggestions.  We are a hospital so we are 24x7.

Browser compatibility maybe? Did you try a different browser on the list of approved?

I was using IE and all the other tabs were accessible.  I changed to Chrome and now can view the tab.
