UCCX 11.6 delayed email

Hi All,

We have a UCCX 11.6 cluster with socialminer integrated on premise exchange server. It is working fine but some of the email is showing in Cisco Finese desktop after long time 3 to 4 hours delay.

What could be the possible issues

I would start with looking at your mail server logs and compare them to SM logs. Are emails being downloaded 4 hours earlier? Based on that move on to see UCCX and SM logs or look at mail server.

I have this problems during long time, the workaround used was reloaded the socialminer, and after restart the enginee from UCCX primary and secondary.

After monitoring the Socialminer tac found a debug actived in CLI causing CUP and Memory lack. After remove it everything back to normal.
