UCCX 11.6 - Native CUIC Reporting issue

We faces an issue with reporting on UCCX 11.6 . reports on CUIC stuck in loading status .
It happened after power cycle .

Our data base engineer tell us that 

Data storing in figured tables and fields in our Cisco reporting DB had changed from "0,1" to "t,f" suddenly, hence our reporting system could never run reports any more

Are you sure that is the issue? I just looked at the UCCX Schema and contactqueuedetail table, metservicelevel is defined as a boolean value, not 1 or 0. Here's the link to it.
