Hi all, I have Socialminer installed and have set up a datasource in CUIC to it's informix DB.
The problem I have is I’m getting syntax errors when importing these SM Report Templates into CUIC.
https://software.cisco.com/download/home/282163829/type/284697222/release/11.6(1)
On searching it seems that it’s because these are CCE templates and I’m running CCX. Could someone point me to the download location for compatible CCX SM templates please. I've searched the Cisco Downloads site with little luck.
Many thanks in advance

Hi Paul,
As you stated there is no dedicated version of Social Miner reports for UCCX platform. You will need to use the once available for CUIC. I suggest that you try the reports from this path: https://software.cisco.com/download/home/282163829/type/284697222/release/11.5(1), file: CUIC_11_5_1_Templates_SocialMiner_11.5_ALL_10.0.2.zip.
There are some steps that you will need to do before importing the reports:
1. Configure reporting user on the Social Miner side: Administration -> System Administration -> Reporting configuration. This view will show you the DB parameters that you need to use in the CUIC
2. Configure data Social Miner data source based on the above parameters
3. Import report templates selecting Social Miner data source for both data and value list queries. I suggest to test this operation of Firefox browser (I had some problems with import on IE and Chrome)
I've tested this on Cisco dCloud Lab environment with CUIC coresident deployment with UCCX.

Thanks Marek, turns out the Cisco recommended solution is to install a stand alone CUIC server just for reporting which was a bit overkill for what I needed.
