Hello all,
a dumb question, but just to be safe.
I log in to UCCX (2 nodes cluster - version 11) and get the message that the JTAPI client versions are inconsistent.
I realize that I have to do the resync on both UCCX nodes and then restart the CCX engine, which would cause a drop on all active calls. However, currently we have not yet implemented any IVR solutions on UCCX.
So, my (dumb) question is: during the resync/restart, are any active calls (internal/external) on Call Manager going to be affected? I guess not, but I would really appreciate your confirmation!

You are correct. Restarting UCCX services (or servers) will not impact CUCM calls. Only active UCCX calls (i.e. calls in queue) would be affected.
