Hi,

I want use webchat without socialminer on UCCX11 (Finesse 11). Is it possible.  (I have premium license )

Hi

No - SocialMiner provides this functionality. You are licensed for it (user-wise) already as part of your Premium CCX seat license. If I recall correctly you have to pay for the SM server license (list $1000 USD or so) but you then get the full SM functionality if you want it, not just the web chat stuff...

No you cannot use web chat without SM. You can though use SM without UCCX/UCCE of course, check below:
