When exporting Agent Call Summary report to excel & then trying to use Auto Sum or Average on a group of cells in a column, it fails even after re-formatting cells. We've figured out a workaround, but wondering if there is a known issue.
The workaround, by the way, is to click on the cell that will be part of the calculation and then click on the formula bar once & enter - the info in the cell will move to be right hand justified in the cell. If you continue this action on each cell that will be part of the SUM or AVERAGE and then do the calculation, it will work. It's just time consuming to do so. Older versions of UCCX/CUIC didn't have this issue.
