Quick question. With smart licensing is there still a CTI port limit? If I have 20 agents is it still 40 ports? Or has this been removed now with flex..
The way I understand flex 3 and I think it's been like that with the move to flex. With an agent license you get 2 ports. You can then purchase additional IVR ports. Agents and ports are reported as part of the license compliance process.
