UCCX 12.5 Subscriber URL is not working

Hi Team,

Hope you guys are doing well!!

We have two node of UCCX publisher and subscriber, we can access publisher finesse URL without any issue but not able to access Secondary URL.

We have noticed that "Cisco Unified CCX Notification Service" is Out of service and we tried restarting the same service couple of times but even after restarting Subscriber node, the issue persist.

Anyone can help on the same!

Hi Team,

The issue got fixed.!
We have tried the below steps to start "Cisco Unified CCX Notification Service" post that service got started and noticed that one of the another UCCX service is not starting "Cisco Web Proxy Service"

Step 1 :- Stop Cisco Finesse Tomcat Service 
Step 2 :- Start Cisco Unified CCX Notification Service
Step 3 :- Start Cisco Finesse Tomcat Service and Started both services 

For starting "Cisco Web Proxy Service", We locked ticket with TAC and engineer has updated the start.openfire.script config file and restarted the subscriber VM once.

TAC  Webex Summary:

+UCCX SUB finesse page not loading

+Cu informed that earlier notification service was not starting

+Verified and Noticed that Notification service is already Inservice

+Cisco Webproxy service is not starting

+Cu updated that the chrome workaround CSCvx73795 was performed recently found the start.openfire.script config file was not updated correctly

+Modified it and restarted service but no luck

+Checked and edited notification_service_proxy.conf as well still same

+Restarted sub node

+All services are back Inservice

+Finesse login page is loading successfully
