I have users that are using 7942 phones, the first line is used as a private line, and the second line is the ACD line. Is there a way to tell the system if a caller is on the private line not to send a queue call to the agent.
I am pretty sure that the answer is NO but if someone may know of a work around that would be great.

2 options here:
1. instruct the agents to make themselves not ready when they are on line 1
2. consolidate the lines into one and use the private line as ACD line as well.
